I got up at 530 am today. Not because I planned to but my dad JUST HAD TO call us to tell us the Cajon Pass was closed from the snow. I remember leaving their house after the Survivor finale last night and him saying he didn't think it would snow. Well, it sure did!!! (btw, I am really glad that Bob won!!)

That's our street. By the time I took the pics it had started raining again so it was all melted. But you can see it a little–everything was all white at about 7am.

Someone did not want to get dressed up all warm…

So there's no pics of Christmas Cards since the lighting outside is kind of dark today (and damp!) but I had to share pics of Matthew and Katie who could not wait to freeze their butts off outside.

Katie is supposed to have school today but I live at a much higher elevation than the school and I wasn't going to chance driving with all those other drivers out there today. I can drive in the snow but the rest of the drivers, I'm not too sure of! So hopefully this will give me plenty of time to finish up those cards, though with this much humidity I don't know that the glimmer mist or stickles will dry very fast!

And speaking of Christmas…

  1. It looks like snow much fun! I love it! A hot cocoa kind of day for sure. I am glad Bob won too. He was the one I was rooting for, I loved his bow ties and he always appreciated his environment and took each day to the fullest. What a great outlook. Keep warm.

I’m enjoying keeping up with all the stuff you do. Jealous, wish I could do more scrapping stuff. Looks like your having a blast! Hope you and you family have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
