Yesterday I got a little bit more scrapping done. I worked with some of the new Stampin' Up! papers from my demonstrator Maria.

I created this layout. I “embellished” a ribbon border by adding two brads and a little knot of ribbon. Not over the top or innovative but I like the simple look I can get using SU goodies. And I just LOVE this ribbon.

I modeled the layout from a card I saw in CARDS last month. I just expanded the card to the size of a 12×12 layout and then added some more details and photos.

Supplies:
Stamps, Paper, Rub-ons, Brads, Ribbon, Border Punch – Stampin' Up!
Diecuts – Quickutz
Pen, Corner Rounder – EK Success
Ink – CTMH, Colorbox

From the scraps I created a simple card:

The trees I stamped did not show up because I used the wrong color of ink so I colored them in with Copic Markers.

Supplies:
Ribon – May Arts
Markers – Copic
Punch – Ek Success (tree)
Everything Else – Stampin' Up!

More creations are on the way!! But right now, I am getting ready for today's class at The Scrappin' Table. We'll be using Glimmer Mist and Zutter's new Cover-Alls.

There is still a little room in the class so call the store at 714-961-8011 to reserve your spot. The class does not start until 3pm. See you there!

  4. I must know where you got that turqoise button in the middle of that flower. You know what a button hoard I am, I have never seen one like that before.
