Yes, we are starting with Day 2 because Day 1 was a night of driving through desert and there were no good pics to take :)

We were lucky to stop in Albuquerque, NM on the way and see my friend Charlene's scrapbook shop, The Hen House Paperie. It was gorgeous!!! I am so glad I got to meet her last year, chat with her about her dreams, and now see them in action!!!

After that we hit the road the rest of the way to Dallas, TX. We stopped at this place called Stuckey's and wrote on the walls in the bathroom.

Yes, they want you to do that!! They have paper on the walls and you write about your trip, where you're from where you're going. If you go by there, look for our notes in the handicapped stall ;P

It started with jewelry, beading, sewing, home decor, painting, basket weaving, pottery, and cross-stitch. Marry that to an entrepreneurial spirit & at 9 years old a girl is selling her wares at craft fairs as far as her parents and grandparents would drive her. These days, Jennifer enjoys crafts of all genres from sewing to scrapbooking to jewelry with a little dabbling in the mixed media world. Her style is approachable and she wants everyone who sees her work to feel that they too can embrace creativity and make their home and life beautiful.
