Scrapbook Royalty is expanding into Charity Wings! And we need your help to do this! We really need dedicated volunteers that can take on a task and be responsible for it and finish it by the due date. We are so grateful for your support!
Current Needs: HELP!! Sunday, September 12th 10 am till 3pm? local volunteers We need able bodied volunteers and anyone they can recruit to come and help us move the entire storage unit from Mira Mesa to Vista. We will feed and hydrate you! We need as many people as possible. There is a lot to move and if you have a big truck or cargo van or can borrow one that would be awesome! We will be organizing the boxes and consolidating and labeling them. Then moving the whole show to Vista! Someone to assist with Volunteer Coordinating: (minimum 6 month commitment) This person will receive emails from me looking for help with different things, then they need to create an email in Ratepoint, like this and send it out and follow up on who responds to the task. Basically what I am doing right now :). You will need to be organized and have basic word skills and internet access. The main thing for this task is time. if you are able to check your email every day and dedicate at least 1/2 an hour a day to possibly sending out and answering emails, then this is perfect for you! Someone to help with administrative tasks: local volunteers(minimum 3 month commitment) This person will basically be assisting me in the day to day running of the organization. This person needs to be local to San Diego, Scrapbook Royalty's offices are in San Marcos, and needs to be able to give at least 4 hours a week to come to the office and help out. this can be split up into 2 different days but any less than 4 hours would not be effective for the amount of training we would need to do. Someone with Graphic Design Experience: We need to create flyers and posters for upcoming events and sometimes it is graphics for the website or events. Do you have photoshop, illustrator, publisher experience? We really could use your talents! Cards for Troops time is almost here!: We need a volunteer that is willing to have the cards shipped to them, photograph, and count the cards, post some photos on the blog, and ship the cards to the troops that we get addresses for.
