Welcome to the Orange Blog Hop courtesy of Fiskateers worldwide!!! You should have just arrived from CraftySuz 6135 http://craftysuz.com. If you just happened to stumble upon my blog and want to join the Blog Hop, head on over to the Fiskateer Blog first to start going through the list.

Today I am sharing this easy little card made form scraps. I keep bags of scraps by color and cards are a great way to use them up.

I used a Fiskars Stamp Set (Farmhouse) and a corner punch (with guides removed) to make the scalloped border.

Inked up this big background stamp from the Farmhouse set with Chalk ink–it is less opaque (dark) than regular ink with a softer look. I stamped the entire card front with the stamp–background stamps are awesome for cards because they usually are slightly bigger than a regular A2 card front. And stamps can give plain cardstock new life!

After stamping I sprayed my entire card with Smooch Spritz in Gold Glow.

Then I set about adding details and decorating. Easy peasy!

I really appreciate you coming by my blog so I am giving away a RAK! You can win a set of Candy Corn Custom Colored Stick Pins from my etsy shop :)

Just leave a comment below about what projects you're working on for Fall and I'll choose one random winner on Sunday.

I don’t really have any fall projects, just gotta get my Christmas gifts started. I’ll be doing the glass blocks this year. Probably gonna do the frost look on some, add the lights, cut out either Merry Christmas or the family name with my cricut and some vinyl… not entirely sure yet. guess I better get started though.
