Box Full of Ballerinas

Hi everyone, Nancy Keslin here today to share with you a project I made using some of the beautiful products from the Hydrangea Hippo etsy shop.

When I saw the cute ballerinas I just knew I had to have them.  As the mom of two daughters I have spent a fair bit of time at ballet class and recitals and have dozens of photos to show for it.  What could be more fun than an exploding box.

I placed the ballerinas in a circle of metal roses dancing around a “tree” made from both brown and blue beaded sprays.  A bit of orange elastic trim completed the top of my box.

Persimmon dangle beads form the feet of my little treasure trove of photos.  And a vintage black button finishes it off.

I can't wait to surprise my oldest with this little box.  I am sure she will love looking at the photos inside.

Thanks for stopping by today.

Hugs.

It started with jewelry, beading, sewing, home decor, painting, basket weaving, pottery, and cross-stitch. Marry that to an entrepreneurial spirit & at 9 years old a girl is selling her wares at craft fairs as far as her parents and grandparents would drive her. These days, Jennifer enjoys crafts of all genres from sewing to scrapbooking to jewelry with a little dabbling in the mixed media world. Her style is approachable and she wants everyone who sees her work to feel that they too can embrace creativity and make their home and life beautiful.
