Hey All, Holly here! I am so thrilled to be sharing my projects that I made using the Everyday Eclectic Kit! After opening up this kit, the projects just sprang to life!
The 1st project I worked on was a 6×6″ canvas. I love making little things for our home or to share with friends for their homes. After seeing all of the amazing little pieces that come in this kit, a mini garden sprang to life!
Every garden grows better with a nice bright sun, so I created one for my canvas. Using a strong, wet adhesive, I glued the yellow loop ribbon to the back of a gold button. On top of the gold doily, the embellished button made the perfect sun.
The buttons and sequins found in the Everyday Eclectic kit are the perfect combination to sow a visually appealing flower bed.To create the yellow “flower” I split of of the 3D metal circles and then opened the petals. Layering a smaller button is the perfect finishing touch!
Quickly, I put together a layout using the kit. There is so much texture in the included goodies that this layout has a lot of variety but isn't too cluttered either. Cutting the paper pad into strips made a very fun background. There was a bit of space left over. That space was perfect for strips of the ivory loop ribbon. Not only was the space perfect, it added a great texture to what would have otherwise been a very flat space.
Lastly I figured, since it is February, I should make a couple treat boxes to fill with sweets for my sweeties. I die cut the hearts from kit pieces and embellished them with odds and ends from the kits.
The trims and little details from the kit make these little treat boxes very special to give to a couple of the special people in my life. The alpha stickers made it super simple to label this gift and ready to give!
Every single piece from these three projects came from the Everyday Eclectic kit. I adore how easily the projects came together and the final results.I highly recommend picking up this kit and give these and the other projects a go!
Cute projects! I love the canvas especially, it’s so bright and happy, and that grass looks really great! x
