…in our own little Butterfly Garden at Collective Journey:

While walking around CHA this January I saw this company that sells metal tins and home decor products. As soon as I spotted these rusty suitcases I knew they'd be perfect to use with Bo Bunny's new Gabrielle paper line to create this mini book! The tins are a bit pricey ($32 retail) so they are optional at the Collective Journey class – just pay an extra $15 the day of the class to get a tin. We'll create a pillow in the tin for the book to rest on as well as stencil butterflies on to it with paint and Smooch Spritz.

We'll create a beautiful mini book full of textures, soft colors, and butterflies using papers from Bo Bunny Press. This sweet mini features tags, file folders, and more in a custom album we'll create in class. Experiment with distressing and masking along with Smooch Spritz ink.

Supplies: Adhesive (3D Foam, Glue Dots, PVA or other strong liquid adhesive, tape runner), Colorbox Chalk Cat's Eye in Chestnut Roan, Scissors, Paper Trimmer.
