I'm going to do this every couple days just to keep my blog scrappy on the other days ;)

December 5 Night out. Did you have a night out with friends or a loved one that rocked your world? Who was there? What was the highlight of the night?

A few months ago I went out with Elena, Jessie, and Carrie in downtown San Diego — it was pretty fun ;) Made me feel a bit old but it was a reminder about the good times I had when I was young. And I was really thankful for my hubby when I got back home ;)

December 6 Workshop or conference. Was there a conference or workshop you attended that was especially beneficial? Where was it? What did you learn?

Oooh I rarely go to classes. This whole exercise is making me think I need to do more different things. I did go to Reflections in Newport Beach to help Scrapbook Royalty. It was pretty cool and I really wished I had been able to afford to go. The last few National Scrapbook Days I have “worked” so this next year I signed up for Reflections and am going to go have fun with a bunch of friends who have signed up as well. I didn't really attend but it did make me learn that I need to make time for me and “working” all the time doesn't really get me what I want out of life.

Happy Scrapping!

It started with jewelry, beading, sewing, home decor, painting, basket weaving, pottery, and cross-stitch. Marry that to an entrepreneurial spirit & at 9 years old a girl is selling her wares at craft fairs as far as her parents and grandparents would drive her. These days, Jennifer enjoys crafts of all genres from sewing to scrapbooking to jewelry with a little dabbling in the mixed media world. Her style is approachable and she wants everyone who sees her work to feel that they too can embrace creativity and make their home and life beautiful.
