Check this out–PennySaver is having a scrapbooking contest!! I got this message and thought it would be great to share it with you all :) Good luck and I hope you enter!

Hi, Jennifer! My name is Alisha Rechberg, and I’m an online copywriter for coupons and classifieds magazine PennySaverUSA. PennySaverUSA is having its 50th anniversary this year, and we’re doing a lot of exciting promotions to celebrate, including the creation of a virtual scrapbook of PennySaver memories throughout the years. I wanted to reach out to you because we’re asking our local community to help us build this scrapbook (right up your alley!) by contributing to our Penny’s Scrapbook contest.

Anyone who shares a short essay of a PennySaver memory or a photo or clipping relating to the PennySaver will be entered into a drawing for $250. Plus, the oldest photo or clipping we receive will also win $250. We thought your readers would enjoy sharing in the story of our history and the chance to win up to $500.

We’ve already received some great submissions, including photos of pets and stories of spouses found through the PennySaver, and can’t wait to share our scrapbook with everyone.

We are also looking for advertising opportunities to help spread the word about our contest.

Hope this information is helpful for you! Alisha

Author: Jennifer Priest

It started with jewelry, beading, sewing, home decor, painting, basket weaving, pottery, and cross-stitch. Marry that to an entrepreneurial spirit & at 9 years old a girl is selling her wares at craft fairs as far as her parents and grandparents would drive her. These days, Jennifer enjoys crafts of all genres from sewing to scrapbooking to jewelry with a little dabbling in the mixed media world. Her style is approachable and she wants everyone who sees her work to feel that they too can embrace creativity and make their home and life beautiful.
