Reflections Realized

I am finally getting down to the last of my layouts from the Reflections event I attended on National Scrapbook Day 2010. Here they are with pics & some of my additions ;)

From Kelly Goree's Class:

I used chipboard alphas for the title here — that is pretty much all I changed about the layout from what Kelly had us do in the class. I love that we pretty much finished these layouts in the class–very nice!!

On this one I used different letters for the title but everything else is pretty much the same as Kelly had us do in class ;)

This was my least fave layout from Kelly Goree just because I did not like the paper — I loved the design. However, it worked perfectly with these photos of the kids playing fort at my parents' house so there ya go! I think I put my title is a diff place than Kelly but not sure. I had some copper puffy Thickers and I just colored them with Copic in DARK BARK to make them match my layout. The pinwheel was fun to make and I really liked using the rub-ons on the button in the center of the pinwheel.

From Kelly Purkey's Class:

This is pretty much exactly as we did it in class, except for the title ;)

I was not feeling the love for this layout in the class so I did the stamping and the Hambly and that was it — all the rest is just my design, using extras from other classes at Reflections. I kind of like the gold embossing now!

Make N Takes:

These were actually make n takes at the Isle Carnival event on Friday night at Relfections. I had a booth so I just took a few minutes to run around the room and gather up all the layout make n takes!

I am not sure who this make n take was from, a kit club maybe?? And there was no pic in he kit so I just kind of did my own thing, adding the buttons and photo mats, a sticker from one of the other classes, plus the white pen work.

Suzy Plantamura had SOOOOO much in this kit. I had no sample but at Desert Scrappers this weekend I just went to Suzy's blog through my phone and found the layout and did it right there. She said the photo would be on her blog and it was–gotta love that!! Plus this LO came with a full sheet of alpha stickers–my fave make n take of the bunch. I did add some more stickers and stuff.

That's all for now! I have a few more pages that need finishing touches and will be showing you more stuff from Reflections soon ;)

Happy Scrapping!
