Spraying Is Good


One of the things I have tried to be religious about over the years is making greeting cards from scraps. This last week I sat down with an ArtBin of scraps, stickers, and odds and ends and made over 20 thank you cards. I am always running out of those so even 20 cards will not last me long.


The biggest challenge to this method of “designing” is that all this stuff, inevitably, does not match, does not coordinate, does not make sense. 


Enter spray ink.


When the colors of my card, layout, etc clash or work against each other, I spray on a little Smooch Spritz and ta-da! It's works.

Next time you have a card or layout that just isn't looking right, choose a spray ink that matches one color in the project and go to town. In the words of Tim Gunn, “Make it work!”
