The Painted Page

Online classes at My Creative Classroom are open for enrollment now!!

This is a great way to take a class in your pajamas or at whatever time is best for you. Plus we can go wayyyy more in-depth on techniques and details than we can in a 3 hour class in-person.
Below are the classes I am offering through the end of February — I'll post the rest through May in a couple weeks. Lots of new stuff!! YAY!!

The Painted Page is a new class that I am teaching all about using wet media. You don't have to be a trained artist to use paint and have fun on your scrapbook pages. We'll get a little messy and also talk about ways to achieve painted looks that are still acid-free and safe for your scrapbooks.
The Painted Page
Starts February 15, 2011
4 Week Course
Class Fee: $25

Have a Silhouette and don't know what to create besides titles? Is your Silhouette still in the box? This class is for anyone just starting out using their Silhouette or anyone who wants to learn some tips and tricks for getting the most of their Silhouette diecutting system.

Silhouette 101 has been revamped to include tutorials for the new Silhouette Studio software in addition to the Craft Robo software. You're getting two software packages covered in the one class so whether you have changed over to the new Silhouette Studio, or not, this class is for you.

Author: Jennifer Priest

It started with jewelry, beading, sewing, home decor, painting, basket weaving, pottery, and cross-stitch. Marry that to an entrepreneurial spirit & at 9 years old a girl is selling her wares at craft fairs as far as her parents and grandparents would drive her. These days, Jennifer enjoys crafts of all genres from sewing to scrapbooking to jewelry with a little dabbling in the mixed media world. Her style is approachable and she wants everyone who sees her work to feel that they too can embrace creativity and make their home and life beautiful.
