It's all about the month of March here on the DCC Blog Hop this month :) Besides being National Craft Month, which I admit is pretty darn cool, March makes me think of all things green. We're running a contest over on the Clearsnap Pinterest Page this month where you can post a photo of you in a green outfit holding your fave Clearsnap product for a chance to make your friends “Green With Inky”!! We're giving away a $100 prize pack of your choice!!!!!

So to promote the contest, we needed some pics of crafty people…in crazy green outfits….with Clearsnap products. I am so glad my family and friend Tran are such good sports! LOL Here they are, in all their green glory!!

Don't tarry!! Head on over to the Clearsnap Facebook Page to post a link to a photo of you holding your fave product and we will then PIN IT to our “Green With Inky” Pinterest Board for your chance to win! Good Luck!

And, on another take on the theme of “green”,  I altered this fun market bag from Pier One Imports with my Epiphany Crafts Shape Studio and Epiphany Crafts felt flowers.

I used hot glue to add ric rac to the handles. Then I tied a green polka dot ribbon in a bow around one of the handles. I then stitched a rosette from wide grosgrain ribbon and added two Epiphany Crafts felt flowers to the bag with hot glue. I used the Epiphany Crafts Shape Studio and Button Studio to make centers for the flowers, highlighting words from a sheet of newspaper. This whole project took 20 minutes, start to finish, and was a fun way to dress up a “green” grocery bag!

I hope you've got green on your mind this month :) And don't forget to enter the Clearsnap “Green With Inky” contest!!

To continue on the hop, use the “hop forward” link on the DCC logo at the top of this post.

Happy Crafty Hopping,
