We’re Looking For a Few Good Designers – Design Team Call

Apply for the first ever Hydrangea Hippo Guest Designer Pool with a new design team call for 2014! 

We are growing again here at Hydrangea Hippo. In order to give you the best kit club experience, I think it is time to bring back designers! I haven't kept up with the monthly kit videos like I've wanted and I really want you to have LOTS of great inspiration every time you get your kit and are ready to create. We're looking for guest designers to help inspire our kit club subscribers with amazing blog posts and projects, like this one from past designer Candice Elliott:

COMPENSATION:

• Compensation starts at $25 per blog post, per month (with tutorial or video). Experience, number of followers, and social media use will be some of the factors we will use to determine compensation on a case by case basis.
• The monthly kit for whichever months you are designing = $30 value
• Opportunity to create videos for the Hydrangea Hippo YouTube Channel for additonal compensation
• Other perks:
  • Link to your blog in our blog posts
  • Promotion of your name as we promote your work on social media
  • You may choose to accept your compensation in the form of a merchandise credit in the Hydrangea Hippo etsy shop, in the amount of 150% of the monetary compensation agreed upon (if you were to be paid $50, you would get $75 in merchandise credit if you choose the credit option)
  • Designer Badge to display on your blog
  • Discount code you can share with your followers
  • Mentoring and business chatting if you are interested – you know I love to talk business! LOL

RESPONSIBILITES:

• For each month you are selected, create a project with the kit and submit photos to HH in a timely manner
• Create a tutorial for the project, included in your blog post
• Create a blog post for the Hydrangea Hippo blog using WordPress
• Promote your blog post and guest position on social media
• Represent Hydrangea Hippo in a positive light
• Use great product photography with watermarks on your images
• Allow us use of your images for all promotion of that kit and our kit club
