For quite some time I have been working on creating a turquoise and black mini book in response to a request for a class from a friend. It took me a few weeks to roll the idea around in my head but it is finally here!

“Elegantly Turquoise”
Mini Book

February 7, 2009, 3-6pm
Class Fee: $40
The Scrappin' Table
Ph: 714-961-8011

We will create this cover from a blank, white canvas IN THE CLASS!

I'll show you how to add color to a plain white button to create custom flower centers (below):

These tiny tassels are sooooo cute!

Join Jennifer Priest of the Zutter Bind-It-All Design Team to create this elegant mini book featuring Zutter's new Cover-Alls book covers and Tattered Angels Glimmer Screens. We'll be working with acetate and chipboard pages featuring customized journaling spots and mats. Gilded in Glimmer Mist, adorned with rhinestones, and filled with rich details, this black and turquoise book is a perfectly decadent treat just in time for Valentine's Day. Weddings, love, family, or black & white vintage photos…all are perfectly complimented by this book.

Supplies:
Liquid Adhesive, Scissors, Foam Squares, Glue Dots in various sizes, inks (blue, black, light brown), black journaling pen.

Author: Jennifer Priest

It started with jewelry, beading, sewing, home decor, painting, basket weaving, pottery, and cross-stitch. Marry that to an entrepreneurial spirit & at 9 years old a girl is selling her wares at craft fairs as far as her parents and grandparents would drive her. These days, Jennifer enjoys crafts of all genres from sewing to scrapbooking to jewelry with a little dabbling in the mixed media world. Her style is approachable and she wants everyone who sees her work to feel that they too can embrace creativity and make their home and life beautiful.
