You know how you have tools that you LOVE but then you just never seem to use them? I LOVE my Silhouette but when I am at home, I just don't seem to use it as much as I think I should.

Last month I went on a weekend retreat with a group of friends, WhoGivesAScrap?! I took my Silhouette and I am so glad that I actually used it! There are some shapes I have had for years that I just never seem to use so I also set a goal to use some of them. The little trees on this layout are one case in point–I think I got them 3 years ago!! LOL

And they are soooo much cuter in person that I thought they would be!!! I am definitely going to be using them again in the future. I also used my handy dandy Epiphany Crafts Shape Studios to make custom embellies from stickers and scrap paper.

On the next layout I just cut some extra shapes while cutting the title on the previous layout. I like to fill a 12×12 sheet with shapes when using my Silhouette so I don't waste paper.

Here's some of the details-I layered stickers to get them to say the things I wanted them to:

That's all for now!! Hope you are having a wonderful Easter with your family :)
