Over the last year or two I have worked pretty much every weekend, give or take a rare weekend off here or there. This month I am taking an unprecedented amount of time off as I have only ONE more class scheduled before December. I know, it's crazy! So before I hibernate at home for a while, I thought it would be nice to share a little about where I've been this month so far:
This weekend I vendored at a craft fair at Scrapbooking Made Simple. There were lots of handmade goodies in the shop and I came home with a super cute Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer stake form my front yard.
Last weekend, I taught classes on both Saturday and Sunday here in So Cal. Saturday I was at Collective Journey, getting an early start on Christmas as I taught my Joyful Seasons mini album:
Everyone looks so intense, concentrating on their projects!! They did an awesome job and we got mostly finished :) There was sewing, binding, painting, spray, folding…lots of awesome techniques in this class and the ladies who attended did an awesome job on their books!!
On Sunday, I traveled through wind, rain, and hail to Cool Scrapbook Stuff in Poway, CA to teach my Random Little Things class for one last time as well as offer a free make n take. We had a grand time!
We did the make n take Rain or Shine but the incredibly heavy downpour and plethora of car accidents kept people away sooooo I have some extra kits!! Everyone who took my class also did the make n take:

I am hoping these next two weeks off will be a nice rest for me to continue to be inspired and rejuvenate my creativity. I think we're planning a trip to Disneyland for Thanksgiving , our new tradition since last year, and there are some parties and get-togethers around birthdays for the family. Speaking of birthdays, this month its my birthday and I am not sure what I will do. Maybe a marathon on my Housewives shows! LOL
I hope you have a moment to take a little time for yourself to re-energize during the hustle and bustle of the holiday season.
