Semi-Precious

Several companies have come out with bling flower centers but sometimes you don't want such a bright and shiny look. A little paint can turn gems into semi-precious stones. Here, a pink Prima Center Kisses gem arrangement becomes like turquoise stones with a little dab of turquoise paint.

You'll need a flower, acrylic paint, and a gem flower center.

Apply the center to the flower and then dab a little paint on your fingertip.

Dab the paint lightly onto the tops of the gems. Some of the bling will show through on the sides but the over all result is the look of a matte, semi-precious stone.

Happy Blinging!!!
