Thursday Thursday…

Yesterday we planted vegetables in the garden. We're almost done — Matthew is going to plant his seeds tomorrow for his own part of the garden. The sun has been out and the weather nice. I've even opened all the windows to let the house air out every day this week…I'm loving the weather but its been difficult to break away from work to get out there to enjoy it. Today we just had to get out!!
One of the cool things that happened is our strawberry plants multiplied like crazy, all over the garden. Matt is very excited about that! Katie helped find and transplant some tiny lettuce plants that had sprung up among the weeds in the garden. And yesterday I discovered the chives sprouting again.I was really happy to find several artichoke plants at Home Depot too—our dog chewed up my 2 year old plants over the winter.
I didn't take any photos. We just worked and went out for frozen yogurt and worked again. Sometimes, I like to have my memories be just memories and not about scrapbooking ;) So here's a couple photos from the garden in years past:
That's Donna Salazar picking tomatoes. Last year the plants EXPLODED with tomatoes!!!
And there's Matt with Cooper 2 years ago.  I am hoping for some awesome zucchini like that again this year!!
Silhouette 102 starts today over at My Creative Classroom!! Don't miss it becuase it only comes around once or twice a year!! I've added all new sections covering the BRAND NEW Silhouette Studio software as well as the standard Craft Robo software. Enrollment will be open for a few more days. Register HERE.
Hope you are taking a little time to enjoy the spring weather.
Happy Planting!!
