I recently completed another custom banner order from my etsy shop. This one was for Angelica Grace Designs.
She requested the colors pale pink, turquoise, robin's egg blue, and aqua and sent me a photo of Heather Baliey's studio as inspiration. It all just worked together! I went with a shabby chic kind of feel to this one, with alot of paint and crackle. I am really, really pleased with the result. Each pennant is 6″ wide and 9″ tall. I think this is my best banner yet. After reading her story on her website, I was very inspired and had a great time putting together this piece for her studio. Hope she likes it!! It's off in the mail so I'll know in a few days…
Here are some snapshots to enjoy:
This is stunning Jen, absolutely beautiful TFS XXX

Beautiful!!
Jen, that is stunning, lovely work!
Jennifer,
I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Thank you so very much for doing this for me. I can’t wait to get it and hang it in my home studio. It’s really going to be perfect in there. Once I have it hung, I’ll post about it on my blog with a direct link to you. OK? Thanks again for everything. Oh – and my husband and I love the wings. They are so ME! What a great last minute addition. They really make the piece! Blessings,
Angie Seaman

I LOVE the banner! Both of them!! (blog and shabby chic…). The hippo is really cute, and for some reason I remember parts of that conversation from Fantasyland. ;) Only you could make a hippo so cute!
